Course Enrollment and Payments
- All payments for courses and training programs are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Users must ensure they meet eligibility requirements before enrolling.
2. Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email to dhruvdefence@gmail.com within 24 hours of enrollment.
- If a course is canceled by Dhruv Defence Motivation Center, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
- Course cancellation by Dhruv Defence Motivation Center.
- Technical issues preventing course access (subject to verification).
4. No Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for:
- Non-attendance or incomplete participation.
- Change of mind after enrollment.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days through the original payment method.
